Meditation and Mindfulness day
- Create some calm and clarity;
- Learn to develop the tools to quieten the mind and relax the body;
- Regain perspective and balance in your life;
- Rediscover the joy that comes from being present and available to life in the present moment, and accept what is happening;
- Refresh and strengthen your personal goals through the mental clarity you'll gain practising the art of mindfulness.
A mindful state is one with no bounds and lives in the present moment. This is also known as the bliss state.
