Beginners Mindfulness & Meditation Course

A deeply nourishing and empowering course is packed with practical mindfulness and meditation techniques, and is designed to dispel the common myth of "I can't meditate".

Over the course of our 6 weeks together, you will learn how to access your own meditative state. 

You will discover your own way to meditate- a way that works for you; one that moulds itself around your own needs a lifestyle. 

As well as learning different ways to calm your mind and access your inner stillness, this course will help you make friends, form lasting bonds, de-stress and have fun. 

See yourself taking time just for you. 

Gift yourself time to listen when your body is quiet.  Explore feelings of peace; reconnection and awareness with a renewed mindful attitude. Give yourself the permission to open the gateway to unlimiting feelings of being lighter, clearer and more grounded in all areas of your life.

 

Mountainous goals will be viewed as mere hills once you live in the present moment."

Meditation and Mindfulness day

 
  • Create some calm and clarity;
  •  Learn to develop the tools to quieten the mind and relax the body;
  •  Regain perspective and balance in your life;
  •  Rediscover the joy that comes from being present and available to life in the present moment, and accept what is happening;
  • Refresh and strengthen your personal goals through the mental clarity you'll gain practising the art of mindfulness.

A mindful state is one with no bounds and lives in the present moment. This is also known as the bliss state.

Evening Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions

The Monday evening meditations will consist of the following:

  • Sound meditation 
  • Guided visualisation - 
  • Breath-work
  • Introduction to chanting.

You will be surrounded by like minded people and form lasting friendships in our nurturing, safe and relaxing environment.
